PAX Unto Lefty
So today I ordered tickets to attend PAX in August. PAX is put on by the folks at Penny Arcade. PAX is a huge gaming convention along the lines of San Diego comic con with a healthy dose of A.P.E. thrown in. I It's being held in Seattle's downtown area at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center. So does anyone know Seattle well enough to help me figure our travel and hotel accomodations? It looks like we'll be driving, but I am also looking into Amtrack. We'd prefer to stay near the Convention center so we can walk to and from the hotel.
Is it easy to get around the sights to check out the N.M.E. and other cool Seattle tourist spots as well?

You're going to love Seattle. Mary and I have gone once and never used the car. I'll try to remember the hotel we stayed in and email you the info. We used the hotel shuttle and walked everywhere. The Experience Music Project is not to be missed.
